Can I submit more than 1 entry and redeem more than 1 time? Each purchase of UFS products worth RM88 is entitled to one redemption submission.
How do I know if my redemption is successful or not? You will be notified via Whatsapp by the next working day (Monday-Friday except Public Holiday), only if your redemption is successful.
How many sets can I redeem in a single day? You can redeem as many sets as possible in a single day, as long as each redemption is based on different receipt with minimum RM88 of UFS products. Take note that we are giving out only 88 sets per day, so please redeem as early as possible!
What if I do not have a receipt? Unfortunately, a valid proof of purchase is required for each redemption.
Can I accumulate all my receipts to get 1 entry? You can do so, as long as all submitted receipts within one entry adds up to RM88 worth of UFS products purchased.
Can I change the colour of the cooler bag? Unfortunately, no. Kindly to take note of the current month’s colour to be redeemed. You may refer here for more info.
How long will the delivery take? Please allow 7 working days upon notification of successful redemption for the cooler bag to be delivered to you. For East Malaysia and Brunei participants, kindly allow up to 21 working days. During festive periods, do allow up to 14 working days for delivery time.
I changed my house address, can I change my house address? If yes, who should I get in touch with? As we aim to deliver the items to you at the soonest possible, changing of address is not allowed.
