Preparation

Asian Honey Sauce
- Heat up corn oil in sauce pan, add in garlic and sweat it till fragrant.
- Add in chilli padi, LP Sauce, and Rock Sugar Honey Sauce.
- Bring mixture to simmer and fold in coriander leaves.
- Set Aside for later use.

Crispy Chicken Chop
- Mix well all ingredients and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes.
- Coat marinade chicken chop with "Corn Flour", deep-fry untill crispy and cooked.
- Pour sauce over cooked chicken chop and serve.
