Preparation

Tea
- Steep STL Peppermint Infusion tea in hot water for 6 minutes.
- Add in ginger slices, date syrup, sugar syrup and sliced dates. Set aside to cool.

Assembly
- Place ice cubes into 2 glasses and pour in the tea.
- Serve chilled.
