Tea

  • Hot Water 300 ml
  • Young Ginger, thinly sliced (1 inch)
  • Date Syrup 2 tbsp
  • Sugar Syrup 4 tbsp
  • Dates, thinly sliced 2 pc
  • Ice Cubes 1 cup
  1. Tea

    • Steep STL Peppermint Infusion tea in hot water for 6 minutes.
    • Add in ginger slices, date syrup, sugar syrup and sliced dates. Set aside to cool.
  2. Assembly

    • Place ice cubes into 2 glasses and pour in the tea.
    • Serve chilled.
