Garnish

  • Bawang Merah (digoreng) 50.0 g
  • Daun Sup 50.0 g
  1. Herbs

    • Saute to fragrant.  
  2. Blended Paste

    • Add in blended paste ingredients. Saute till golden color.  
  3. Spices

    • Add in kurma powder and cumin powder.  
  4. Compliments

    • Add mince beef. Stir well to cook.
    • Add peanut, water and rice. Bring it to boil.
    • When the texture become porridge, add remain ingredients.  
  5. Salted Egg Crumble

    • Mix well all ingredients. Put in tray and covered with foil.
    • Steam bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 140 celcius.
    • Use as topping of Bubur Lambuk.
    • Garnish with fried shallot and local parsley.
