- Saute to fragrant.

Blended Paste
- Add in blended paste ingredients. Saute till golden color.

Spices
- Add in kurma powder and cumin powder.

Compliments
- Add mince beef. Stir well to cook.
- Add peanut, water and rice. Bring it to boil.
- When the texture become porridge, add remain ingredients.

Salted Egg Crumble
- Mix well all ingredients. Put in tray and covered with foil.
- Steam bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 140 celcius.
- Use as topping of Bubur Lambuk.
- Garnish with fried shallot and local parsley.
