Seasoning

  • Gula 70.0 g
  • Serbuk Cili 7.0 g
  • Bijian Bijan 2.0 g
  • Serbuk Kayu Manis 1.0 g
  • Ginger powder 1.0 g
  • Serbuk Bawang Putih 1.0 g

Protein

  • Chicken karaage (Frozen) 400.0 g
  1. Base Sauce

    • Combine all ingredients (Base Sauce) and bring to boil.
    • Then add in Knorr Pronto Tomato and water.
    • Set aside.  
  2. Seasoning

    • Combine Seasoning ingredients. 
    • Set aside.  
  3. Protein

    • Deep fry chicken karaage.
    • Set aside.   
  4. Final Plating

    • Add "Seasoning" into "Base Sauce".
    • Bring to boil and stir till combined.
    • Coat with fried chicken karaage and serve.
