Fish & Chips
- Mix all dry ingredients with soda water until smooth batter is formed
- Lightly coat snapper fillet with corn starch and then dip in batter and fry in hot oil
- Fry staight-cut fries until golden brown
Coleslaw
- Combine all ingredient and tossed with Lady's Choice Mayo Magic.
- Keep in chilled before served.

- Mix well all ingredients.
Assembly
- Drizzle Salted Egg Mentai Sauce over Fish & Chips
