Tomato Rice - Aromatics Paste
- Saute all ingredients till fragrant.
- Season with Knorr Chicken Stock.

Compliments
- Combine Knorr Napoli Tomato Sauce Mix with hot water.
- Stir well to dissolve.
- Combine all paste and mixture water into rice cooker. Let it cook about 45 minutes.

Marination
- Marinade chicken with Knorr Pasti Sedap and turmeric powder.
- Deep fry to medium cook.

Aromatics
- Saute all blended paste to fragrant and oil come out.

Gravy
- Stir a mixture hot water with Knorr Napoli Tomato Sauce Mix.
- Add in to the aromatic with chilli sauce.

Seasonings
- Season accordingly to taste. Add the chicken and stir well.
- Serve tomato rice with ayam masak merah.
- Garnish accordingly.
