  • Daun salam 2.0 pc
  • Daun Ketumbar (cincang) 30.0 g
  • Bawang Merah Kecil, dikisar 80.0 g
  • Bawang Putih, kisar 30.0 g
  • Marjerin 180.0 g

  • Bawang Merah (digoreng) 40.0 g
  • Daun Bawang 40.0 g

Marination

  • Ayam "Chop" (seluruh kaki Ayam, tanpa tulang), dipotong dadu 1200.0 g
  • Serbuk Kunyit 10.0 g
  • Minyak Masak (untuk menggoreng) 400.0 ml

Aromatics

  • Bunga Lawang 4.0 g
  • Kulit Kayu Manis 5.0 g
  • Bawang Merah, dikisar 180.0 g
  • Bawang Putih, dikisar 40.0 g
  • Lemongrass (blend to paste) 60.0 g
  • Dry Chili (blend to paste) 100.0 g
  • Minyak Masak 100.0 g

Gravy

Seasonings

  1. Tomato Rice - Aromatics Paste

    • Saute all ingredients till fragrant.
    • Season with Knorr Chicken Stock.  
  2. Compliments

    • Combine Knorr Napoli Tomato Sauce Mix with hot water.
    • Stir well to dissolve.
    • Combine all paste and mixture water into rice cooker. Let it cook about 45 minutes.

  5. Marination

    • Marinade chicken with Knorr Pasti Sedap and turmeric powder.
    • Deep fry to medium cook.  
  6. Aromatics

    • Saute all blended paste to fragrant and oil come out.  
  7. Gravy

    • Stir a mixture hot water with Knorr Napoli Tomato Sauce Mix.
    • Add in to the aromatic with chilli sauce.  
  8. Seasonings

    • Season accordingly to taste. Add the chicken and stir well.
    • Serve tomato rice with ayam masak merah.
    • Garnish accordingly.
