Preparation

  1. Asian Honey Sauce

    • Heat up corn oil in sauce pan, add in garlic and sweat it till fragrant.
    • Add in chilli padi, LP Sauce, and Rock Sugar Honey Sauce.
    • Bring mixture to simmer and fold in coriander leaves.
    • Set Aside for later use.
  2. Crispy Chicken Chop

    • Mix well all ingredients and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes.
    • Coat marinade chicken chop with "Corn Flour", deep-fry untill crispy and cooked.
    • Pour sauce over cooked chicken chop and serve.
