Ingredients: 25.0g Herbs, Thyme, dried; 200.0g Yellow Onion; 200.0g Spice, Mustard, English (Coleman's); 400.0g Carte d'Or Honey Flavoured Topping 3kg; 200.0g Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce Mix 1KG; 1000.0ml Filtered Water; 100.0g Corn Oil; 5.0pc Beef Tenderloin Steak, 2 inches thick (250 g each steak); 20.0g Corn Oil; 50.0g Paprika Powder; 20.0g Black Pepper, crushed; 30.0g Knorr Chicken Stock 1KG

Preparation

Sweet Onion Mustard Gravy
- Heat Oil in sauce pan and saute onion till lightly brown.
- Add Dried Thyme and Honey.
- Add filtered water and then pour in Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce. Keep stirring till ingredients are well-combined.
- Bring it to boil and remove form heat once thickened.
- Set Aside. Use as required.
Beef Steak
- Mix well all ingredients and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes.
- Seal till semi brown. Set aside.
- Pour sauce over cooked protein and serve.
