Lamb Chop

Basic Brown Sauce

Aromatic

  • Corn Oil 60.0 g
  • Yellow Onion, chopped 25.0 g
  • Garlic, chopped 10.0 g
  • Ginger 5.0 g
  • Star Anise 3.0 g
  • Clove (ground) 1.0 g

Salsa Demi-Glace Sauce


Add an exciting Mexican salsa flavor to your typical demi-glace brown sauce to excite your customers! This sauce goes well with the roasted aroma of your chops & steaks.

Preparation

  1. Lamb Chop

    1. Mix well all ingredients and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes.
    2. Sear meat till semi brown. Set aside.  
  2. Basic Brown Sauce

    1. Mix well ingredients for "Basic Brown Sauce".
    2. Bring to boil and stir well.Allow to simmer for 3 minutes, and set aside.  
  3. Aromatic

    Saute all aromatics till fragrant.  
  4. Salsa Demi-Glace Sauce

    1. Add in ingredients for "Salsa Demi-Glace Sauce".
    2. Simmer for approximately 5 minutes on low heat. Ready to serve on Lamb Chop.
