Preparation

  1. Fish & Chips

    • Mix all dry ingredients with soda water until smooth batter is formed
    • Lightly coat snapper fillet with corn starch and then dip in batter and fry in hot oil
    • Fry staight-cut fries until golden brown
  2. Coleslaw

    • Combine all ingredient and tossed with Lady's Choice Mayo Magic.
    • Keep in chilled before served.
  3. Salted Egg Mentai Sauce

    • Mix well all ingredients.
  4. Assembly

    • Drizzle Salted Egg Mentai Sauce over Fish & Chips
    • Torch the Mentai Sauce with a blowtorch
    • Serve with coleslaw and fries
