Base Sauce

Buttermilk Chicken

  • Buttermilk 250.0 n/a
  • Knorr Pasti Sedap (All In One Seasoning) 750g 15.0 g
  • Chicken breast, butterfly 3.0 pc

Side Vegetables

  • Yellow zucchini 50.0 g
  • Green asparagus 30.0 g

Seasoning

  • Knorr Pasti Sedap to season

Belgium Waffle

  • Frozen belgian waffle, store bought 2.0 pc

The soul food version of chicken and waffles which we elevated it to another level by providing different textures and flavor elements to the tried and tested dish.

Preparation

  1. Base Sauce

    • Mix all ingredients into a bowl, allow to sit for 1 day before use.
  2. Buttermilk Chicken

    • Mix buttermilk with Knorr Pasti Sedap.
    • Marinade Chicken for 6 hours maximum.
    • Coat chicken with corn flour, followed by beaten eggs and followed lastly with corn starch.
    • Fry till golden brown, set aside.
  3. Side Vegetables

    • Sauté vegetables in butter.
    • Finishing off with Knorr Paste Sedap. 
  4. Seasoning

  5. Belgium Waffle

    • Place Belgian waffle at the base and layer with fried chicken and lastly with another waffle.
    • Garnish with side vegetables and truffle mayo.
    • Lastly, drizzle maple syrup over.
    • Serve.
