Preparation

  1. Preparing the Chicken Chop

    • Marinade chicken leg with Knorr Chicken Stock. Heat corn oil and grill on pre heat pan. Set aside.
  2. Mushroom Sauce for Chicken Chop

    • Mix Knorr Instant Chicken Gravy Mix with water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
    • Heat corn oil, sauté button mushroom till fragrant. Add prepared chicken gravy.
    • Simmer for a few minutes. Season to taste with Knorr Chicken Stock.
  3. Salad

    • Combine and toss all salad ingredients with Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise. Chill for 60 minutes before serving.
  4. Mashed Potato

    • Bring water and salt to boil. Remove from heat, add Knorr Potato Flakes, cold milk and parsley.
    • Stir briskly for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  5. Before Serving Chicken Chop

    • Plate chicken chop, salad and mashed potato creatively.
    • Pour over mushroom sauce for chicken chop. Alternatively, the mushroom sauce for chicken chop can be set aside in a saucer.
    • Serve mouth-watering chicken chop with mushroom sauce.
