Preparation

Pizza Sauce Base
- Combine mayonnaise and the rest in a bowl.
- Add in 1/2 of the Monterey Jack Cheese.
- Fold in chicken.
- Mix well, Set aside.
Topping/Pizza Base
- Arrange pizza crust on baking sheet, evenly top with chicken mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or till cheese has melted.
Garnish
- Sprinkle with Chives.
- Serve.
