- Recipe will be evaluated by UFS professional chefs based on: (1) recipe uniqueness and creativity; (2) presentation of the dish; and (3) usage of Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce Mix and/or Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder as a key sauce ingredient(s) in the recipe.
