  • Rice, white 300.0 g
  • Minyak Sayur 20.0 g
  • Bawang Putih, dipotong 10.0 g

  • Dada Ayam, dipotong dadu 60.0 g
  • Udang (Kopek Kulit) 3.0 pc
  • Fresh Squid, medium 100.0 g
  • Kicap Cair 10.0 g
  • Sos Ikan 5.0 g
  • Serbuk Lada Putih 1.0 g

Egg Wrap

  • Telur (dipukul) 2.0 pc
  • Minyak Sayur 20.0 g
  • Sos Cili 40.0 g
  • Daun Bawang 5.0 g
  • Bawang Merah (digoreng) 15.0 g
  1. Rice

    1. Stir fry the chopped garlic together with chilli paste in preheated oil.
    2. Add in chicken breast, prawns and squid and stir until cooked.
    3. Mix in egg.
    4. Pour in rice along with light soy sauce, fish sauce, white pepper and Knorr Pasti Sedap.
  2. Egg Wrap

    1. Mix the eggs with Knorr Pasti Sedap.
    2. Pour the egg mixture in a hot wok, and turn off the stove. 
    3. Spread out the egg mixture around the inner wall of wok.
    4. Put in your rice in the middle of the thinned out omelette and fold the egg.
    5. Sprinkle the garnish on the egg wrapped fried rice.
    6. Fried rice is ready to serve.
