Baguette with Roasted Salmon and Lime Chilli Mayonnaise

For the Salmon

Salmon Steaks 1.0 kg

Corn Oil 60.0 ml

White Pepper, ground 5.0 g

Salt 10.0 g
Lime Chilli Mayonnaise

Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce 80.0 g
To Finish

Red Onion 300.0 g

French Baguette 10.0 pc

Rocket Salad 300.0 g

Kyuri Cucumber 400.0 g
Preparation

For the Salmon
- Rub the salmon with oil, salt and pepper.
- Cook in the pre heated oven at 170ᵒC for 15mins.
- Once cooled, shred the meat into flakes and store for use.

Lime Chilli Mayonnaise
- Combine Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise with Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce and Knorr Lime Powder.

To Finish
- To construct the baguette, slice it in half and place in order the following rocket, cucumber, salmon, onions and lastly the lime chilli mayo.
