  • White Pepper, ground 5.0 g
  • Salt 10.0 g

Lime Chilli Mayonnaise

  • Rocket Salad 300.0 g
  • Kyuri Cucumber 400.0 g


  1. For the Salmon

    • Rub the salmon with oil, salt and pepper.
    • Cook in the pre heated oven at 170ᵒC for 15mins.
    • Once cooled, shred the meat into flakes and store for use.
  2. Lime Chilli Mayonnaise

    • Combine Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise with Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce and Knorr Lime Powder.
  3. To Finish

    • To construct the baguette, slice it in half and place in order the following rocket, cucumber, salmon, onions and lastly the lime chilli mayo.
