Fish Fillet

  • Fish, John Dory fillet, frozen 1.0 kg

Preparation

  1. Aromatics

    • Saute all ingredient for "Aromatics".
  2. Durian Salted Egg Sauce

    • Add "Durian Salted Egg Sauce" ingredients into sauted aromatics, and stir throughly.
    • Bring sauce to boil with low heat and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Fish Fillet

    • Deep-fry fillet untill crispy and cooked, use as required.
    • Pour sauce over cooked protein and serve.
