Herbs, Thyme, dried 25.0 g

Yellow Onion 200.0 g

Spice, Mustard, English (Coleman's) 200.0 g

Filtered Water 1000.0 ml

Beef Tenderloin Steak, 2 inches thick (250 g each steak) 5.0 pc

Corn Oil 20.0 g

Paprika Powder 50.0 g

Black Pepper, crushed 20.0 g
Preparation

Sweet Onion Mustard Gravy
- Heat Oil in sauce pan and saute onion till lightly brown.
- Add Dried Thyme and Honey.
- Add filtered water and then pour in Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce. Keep stirring till ingredients are well-combined.
- Bring it to boil and remove form heat once thickened.
- Set Aside. Use as required.
- Heat Oil in sauce pan and saute onion till lightly brown.

Beef Steak
- Mix well all ingredients and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes.
- Seal till semi brown. Set aside.
- Pour sauce over cooked protein and serve.
