Sweet Onion Mustard Gravy

Beef Steak

  • Beef Tenderloin Steak, 2 inches thick (250 g each steak) 5.0 pc
  • Corn Oil 20.0 g
  • Paprika Powder 50.0 g
  • Black Pepper, crushed 20.0 g
  • Knorr Chicken Stock 1KG 30.0 g

This sauce comes with tangy sweetness with a hint of mustard spiciness. It is delicious on grilled meats. Make it in bulk preparation with a few simple steps!

Preparation

  1. Sweet Onion Mustard Gravy

    • Heat Oil in sauce pan and saute onion till lightly brown.
    • Add Dried Thyme and Honey.
    • Add filtered water and then pour in Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce. Keep stirring till ingredients are well-combined.
    • Bring it to boil and remove form heat once thickened.
    • Set Aside. Use as required.
  2. Beef Steak

    • Mix well all ingredients and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes.
    • Seal till semi brown. Set aside.
    • Pour sauce over cooked protein and serve.
