Preparation

Lamb Chop
- Mix well all ingredients and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes.
- Sear meat till semi brown. Set aside.

Basic Brown Sauce
- Mix well ingredients for "Basic Brown Sauce".
- Bring to boil and stir well.Allow to simmer for 3 minutes, and set aside.

Saute all aromatics till fragrant. -
Salsa Demi-Glace Sauce
- Add in ingredients for "Salsa Demi-Glace Sauce".
- Simmer for approximately 5 minutes on low heat. Ready to serve on Lamb Chop.
