Preparation

Marination
- Coat chicken with ingredients.
- Deep-fry marinated chicken till fully cooked. Set aside.

- Prepare and set aside.

Basil Sauce Ingredients
- Prepare and set aside.

Basil Sauce
- Saute "Aromatic" ingredients lightly and add in ingredients for "Basil Sauce".
- Bring to boil and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.

Garnish
- Stir-fry ingredients for "Garnish", add in fried chicken, "Basil Sauce", stir-fry for approximately 1 minute with high heat.
- Dish up, ready to serve.
