BBQ Prime Rib Eye Pizza with Roasted Garlic & Peppers, Onion and Feta Cheese
This is one meaty pizza - the classic ribs and pizza combo in one! The tomato chilli jam is complemented beautifully by the sweetness of the red onion and is sure to impress.

Pizza Base Sauce

Garlic, chopped 20.0 g

Yellow Onion, chopped 40.0 g
Assembly

Pizza Base, pre-made 12inch 1.0 pc

Wild Rocket, garnish 10.0 g

Preparation

Beef Preparation
- Marinate the beef with corn oil and Knorr Italian Herb Paste.
- Grill until medium doneness.
- Once temperature cool, slice thin and set aside for topping.

Roasted Garlic
- Place the garlic into a roasting pan and drizzle with remaining oil. Roast in the oven at 175ᵒC for 12 minutes until it soft. Set aside.

Roasted Peppers
- Place the capsicum into a roasting pan and drizzle with remaining oil. Roast in the oven at 175ᵒC for 8 minutes until it soft. Set aside.

Pizza Base Sauce
- Saute garlic, yellow onion, Knorr Italian Herb Paste with corn oil.
- Add in Knorr Pronto Italian Tomato Sauce.
- Simmer to thicken the sauce.

Assembly
- Spread the pizza base sauce over the pizza.
- Add the rest of ingredients in the following order- grilled steak, roasted capsicum, slice red onion, roasted garlic and feta cheese.
