Preparation

  1. Deep Fried Chicken Chop

    • Mix all ingredients and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes.
    • Coat marinated chicken chop with corn flour, and then deep-fry until crispy and cooked.
  2. Aromatics

    • Saute the red bird eye chilli, curry leaf, margarine, holland onion and Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder in a pan.
  3. Cheesy Salted Egg Sauce

    • Add fine sugar, milk, cheese and Knorr chicken stock into the pan, and stir thoroughly. Bring to boil with low heat and allow to simmer for 1 minute.
    • Serve cheesy salted egg sauce onto fried chicken chop for a scrumptious salted egg cheesy chicken chop.
