Preparation

Deep Fried Chicken Chop
- Mix all ingredients and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes.
- Coat marinated chicken chop with corn flour, and then deep-fry until crispy and cooked.

Aromatics
- Saute the red bird eye chilli, curry leaf, margarine, holland onion and Knorr Golden Salted Egg Powder in a pan.

Cheesy Salted Egg Sauce
- Add fine sugar, milk, cheese and Knorr chicken stock into the pan, and stir thoroughly. Bring to boil with low heat and allow to simmer for 1 minute.
