Fried Chicken Chop

  • Chicken Chop(250 gm/ per piece) 1250.0 g
  • Egg 2.0 pc
  • Corn Flour 500.0 g

Aromatics

  • Red Bird Eye Chili 6.0 g
  • Curry Leaf 5.0 g
  • Planta Margarine Chef 4.8kg 100.0 g
  • Holland Onion (diced) 15.0 g

Cheesy Salted Egg Sauce

  • Fine Sugar 20.0 g
  • DProd, Milk, UHT (1 liter packs) 1.0 ltr
  • Cheese, Haloumi, sliced 10.0 pc
  1. Fried Chicken Chop

    1. Mix all ingredients and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes.
    2. Coat marinated chicken chop with corn flour, and then deep-fry untill crispy and cooked.  
  2. Aromatics

    Saute all ingredient for "Aromatics" in a pan.  
  3. Cheesy Salted Egg Sauce

    1. Add "Cheesy Salted Egg Sauce" ingredients into the pan, and stir throughly.Bring to boil with low heat and allow to simmer for 1 minutes. 
    2.  Serve sauce onto chicken chop.
