- Prepare and set aside.

- Prepare and set aside.

Chicken Chop
- Marinade chicken chop for at least 5 hours.
- Toss marinated chicken chop in "Breading" ingredients. Deep-fry till crisp and cooked.

Beancurd Honey Sauce
- Mix well ingredients for "Beancurd Honey Sauce", cook with low heat for approximately 3 minutes till it boils. Use as required.

Assemble & Serve
- Place "Beancurd Honey Sauce" into wok, add in crispy chicken chop.
- Stir-fry with high heat for approximately 1 minute till chicken and sauce are well coated.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and ready to serve.
