  • Corn Flour 300 g

Chicken Chop

  • Chicken Chop 600 g

Beancurd Honey Sauce

  • Fermented Beancurd 250 g
  • Chilli Sauce 200 g
  • Bird's Eye Chilli, chopped 50 g
  • Garlic, chopped 5 g
  • Coriander, chopped 100 g

Assemble & Serve

  • Sesame Seeds, toasted 20 g
  1. Marination Ingredients

    • Prepare and set aside.
  2. Breading Ingredients

    • Prepare and set aside.
  3. Chicken Chop

    • Marinade chicken chop for at least 5 hours.
    • Toss marinated chicken chop in "Breading" ingredients. Deep-fry till crisp and cooked.
  4. Beancurd Honey Sauce

    • Mix well ingredients for "Beancurd Honey Sauce", cook with low heat for approximately 3 minutes till it boils. Use as required.
  5. Assemble & Serve

    • Place "Beancurd Honey Sauce" into wok, add in crispy chicken chop.
    • Stir-fry with high heat for approximately 1 minute till chicken and sauce are well coated.
    • Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and ready to serve.
