Tomyam Butter

  • Butter, softened 100.0 g
  • Knorr Tom Yam Paste 2kg 40.0 g

Assembly

  • Belgian Waffle
  • Fried Chicken Chop
  • Chilli LIme Glaze
  • Tomyam Butter

Garnish

  • Spring Onion
  • Coriander
  • Red Chili
  • Popping Candy

Preparation

  1. Marinade

    • Marinate chicken with KCP and other ingredients
    • Dredge with flour and fry. Set Aside
  2. Chili LIme Glaze

    • Add all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Set aside.
  3. Tomyam Butter

    • Mix ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  4. Assembly

    • Layer with 1 waffle at the base and fried chicken on top
    • Spoon tomyam butter on top of the waffle
    • Drizzle Chili Lime Glaze
    • Sprinkle with Popping Candy
    • Garnish and serve
