  • Celery, diced 250 g
  • Chicken Breasts, cooked, diced 250 g
  • Red Apple, unpeeled, finely diced 375 g
  • Grapes, green, halved 375 g
  • Fresh Lemon Juice 5 g
  • White Pepper, ground 10 g
  • Onion, small, white, minced 1 pc

Prepare the Sandwich

  • Lettuce 10 pc
  • Croissants 10 pc
  • Chicken Salad, prepared 100 g
  • Fresh Tomatoes 10 slice
  1. Prepare the Chicken Salad

    • Combine all ingredients and chill.
  2. Prepare the Sandwich

    • Scoop chicken salad (sub recipe below) on croissant and top with lettuce and tomato. Serve immediately.
