Base Sauce

Fillings

  • Chicken Chop, cut into chunks 1200 g
  • Carrot, cut into medium chunks 50 g
  • Leek, cut into medium chunks 40 g
  • Celery, cut into medium chunks 40 g
  • Yellow Onion, cut into medium chunks 80 g
  • Corn Oil 20 g

Aromatic

  • Garlic, roughly chopped 20 g
  • Corn Oil 20 ml

Garnish

  • Parsley, chopped 10 g
  1. Base Sauce

    • Combine all ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Fillings

    • Marinate all ingredients with corn oil and Knorr Chicken Stock.
    • Bake in pre-heated oven at 160 °C, for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
  3. Aromatic

    • Prepare and set aside.
  4. Garnish

    • Prepare and set aside.
  5. Assemble & Serve

    • For "Aromatic", saute garlic with corn oil till fragrant.
    • Add prepared "Base Sauce" and cooked "Fillings". Braise and simmer for 5 minutes.
    • Garnish with parsley.
