Chicken Preparation

  • Oil, for frying
  • Whole Egg 2 pc
  • Rice Flour 100 g
  • Chicken Drummet 1000 g

Chili Lime Seasoning

Finishing

  • Bird Eye Chili, chopped 5 g
  • Spring Onion, diced 50 g
  • Garlic, chopped 30 g
  • Young Ginger, chopped 50 g
  1. Chicken Preparation

    • Mix well all marinade ingredients well and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes.
    • Put the rice flour and the beaten 2 whole eggs in separate containers.
    • Coat the marinated chicken into the egg before dipping into the flour. Deep fry until golden-brown and cooked through.
  2. Chili Lime Seasoning

    • Mix well all ingredients and use as required.
  3. Finishing

    • Stir-fry Chili Lime Seasoning ingredients till fragrant, add cooked chicken and toss thoroughly till well coated.
