  • Rice, white 300.0 g
  • Oil, vegetable 20.0 g
  • Fresh Garlic, chopped 10.0 g
  • Egg 1.0 pc
  • Chicken Breast, cubed 100.0 g
  • Light Soy Sauce 10.0 g
  • Sesame Oil 3.0 ml
  • White Pepper Powder 1.0 g
  • Veg, Green peas, frozen 30.0 g
  • Carrots, diced 30.0 g
  • Scallion 5.0 g
  • Veg, Lettuce, Iceberg 25.0 g
  1. Step 1

    1. Stir fry garlic, egg and chicken breast with pre-heated vegetable oil.
    2. Add in white rice and mix with the seasoning ingredients. Mix well. 
    3. Add in peas and carrots. 
    4. Garnish with scallions and iceberg lettuce.
