Chipotle Flank Steak

Creamy Cilantro Sauce

Grilled Vegetables

  • Red Capsicum 100.0 g
  • Carrots 100.0 g
  • Broccolini 100.0 g
  • Yellow Onion, sliced 80.0 g
  • Knorr Pasti Sedap (All In One Seasoning) 750g 7.0 g
  • Olive Oil 20.0 g

Mesclun Salad Mix

  • Lemon Juice 30.0 ml
  • Olive Oil 90.0 ml
  • Mesclun Salad Mix 1.0 pack
  • Black pepper, coarse 1.0 g
  • Salt 1.0 g

Preparation

  1. Chipotle Flank Steak

    • Combine mayonnaise, lime powder, chipotle. Blend till smooth.
    • Marinade flank steak for 30 minutes.
  2. Creamy Cilantro Sauce

    • Combine cilantro, salt, garlic and mayonnaise in a bowl. Cover and chill.
  3. Grilled Vegetables

    • Pre-heat grill and season vegetables with Knorr Pasti Sedap and olive oil.
    • Char the vegetable till desired doneness.
    • Set Aside
  4. Mesclun Salad Mix

    • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, Except the salad mix.
    • In a bowl, toss salad with dressing before serving.
  5. Final Plating

    • Pre-heat grill and cook marinated flank steak till desired doneness.
    • Serve with salad and grilled vegetables on the side.
    • Topped with creamy cilantro sauce.
