Cumin Lamb Chop Marination

  • Lamb Shoulder 1000.0 g
  • Vegetable Oil 40.0 g
  • Cumin Powder 5.0 g
  • Chili Powder 3.0 g
  • Light Soy Sauce 15.0 g
  • Knorr Pasti Sedap (All In One Seasoning) 750g 10.0 g
  • Roasted Cumin Seed 10.0 g
  • Chili Flakes 5.0 g
  • Coriander Leaf 10.0 g

Smoked Curry Sauce

Sauteed Vegetables

  • Butter 50.0 g
  • Garlic, minced 30.0 g
  • Baby French Bean 500.0 g
  • Carrots 300.0 g
  • Knorr Pasti Sedap (All In One Seasoning) 750g 10.0 g



  1. Cumin Lamb Chop Marination

    • Mix all ingredient to marinate over the lamb.
    • Grilled to medium cook, just before took out from griller, add in whole cumin seed, chili flakes and coriander for topping.
  2. Smoked Curry Sauce

    • Saute butter with mince ingredients, turmeric paste, curry powder, cumin powder and chili paste.
    • Add in water and evaporated milk. Stir well and bring to boil.
    • Add Knorr Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce and Knorr Chicken Stock to taste.
  3. Sauteed Vegetables

    • Melt butter and sauted all ingredients.
    • Season with Knorr Pasti Sedap.
  4. Assemble

    • Plating Cumin Lamb Chop together with Smoked Curry Sauce aside and served with sauteed vegetables.
