French Style Demi-Glace

Fresh Button Mushroom, sliced 80.0 g

Whole Garlic sliced 80.0 g

Preparation

Steak
- Mix well all ingredients and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes.
- Sear meat till semi brown. Set aside.

Basic Brown Sauce
- Combine all ingredients of "Basic Brown Sauce" and bring to boil.Lower down the heat, simmer fro approximately 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Saute all aromatics ingredients till fragrant. -
French Style Demi-Glace
- Add in ingredients for "French Style Demi-Glace Sauce".
- Simmer for approximately 5 minutes on low heat. Pour over on to of Beef Steak.
