Preparation

Base Sauce
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl, allow to sit for 1 day before use.

Buttermilk Chicken
- Mix buttermilk with Knorr Pasti Sedap.
- Marinade Chicken for 6 hours maximum.
- Coat chicken with corn flour, followed by beaten eggs and followed lastly with corn starch.
- Fry till golden brown, set aside.
- Mix buttermilk with Knorr Pasti Sedap.

- Sauté vegetables in butter.
- Finishing off with Knorr Paste Sedap.

- Place Belgian waffle at the base and layer with fried chicken and lastly with another waffle.
- Garnish with side vegetables and truffle mayo.
- Lastly, drizzle maple syrup over.
- Serve.
