Preparation

Tea
- Pre-brew tea - 1 tea bag in 200ml of boiling water for 4-5 mins. Cool and set aside.
- Combine 150ml of tea, Monin syrup, Monin powder, and and Carte D'Or honey topping in blender. Blend with ice.
- Serve in a tall glass and garnish with a slice of mango.
