Preparation

Potatoes
- In a pot with water, boil potatoes until tender and drain.

Beef Bacon
- Using skillet, cook beef bacon over medium heat until crisp.

- In a large bowl, gently toss the potatoes, eggs, bacon, onion, salt and pepper.
- Combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and Worcester sauce.
