Potatoes

  • Holland Potato (1/2 inch cube) 800.0 g

Beef Bacon

  • Beef Bacon (dice) 200.0 g

Mixing

  • Hard Boil Eggs (chop) 4.0 pc
  • Yellow Onion, chopped 80.0 g
  • Worcester Sauce 20.0 g
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 10.0 g
  • Salt 5.0 g
  • Pepper 4.0 g

Baking

  • Cheddar Cheese 100.0 g
  1. Potatoes

    • In a pot with water, boil potatoes until tender and drain.
  2. Beef Bacon

    • Using skillet, cook beef bacon over medium heat until crisp.
  3. Mixing

    • In a large bowl, gently toss the potatoes, eggs, bacon, onion, salt and pepper.
    • Combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and Worcester sauce.
  4. Baking

    • Combine all into baking tray and grate with cheddar cheese.
