  • Rice Flour
  • Cooking Oil (for deep frying)

  • French fries 500.0 g
  • Chili Powder 2.0 g
  • Knorr Chicken Stock - 6 x 1.2 kg 15.0 g
  • KNORR® Lime Flavoured Powder 5.0 g

Preparation

  1. Crispy Fried Chicken Chop

    • Marinate the chicken chop with Knorr Chicken Stock and beaten egg.
    • Coat evenly with a balanced blend of corn flour and rice flour.
    • Deep-fry until crispy and tender.
  2. Coleslaw

    • Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  3. Rosemary Sauce

    • Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant.
    • Stir in rosemary, then add water pre-mixed with Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce. Bring to a boil and cook until the sauce thickens.
    • Add cream and allow it to simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Fries with Chili Lime Sprinkle Seasoning

    • Deep-fry fries till crispy.
    • Mix sprinkle seasoning ingredients and sprinkle over the fries. Toss evenly.
