  • Gochujang Paste 150.0 g

Kimchi Fried Rice

  • Oil, vegetable 20.0 g
  • Garlic, chopped 15.0 g
  • Onion 50.0 g
  • Carrot (small cube) 50.0 g
  • Cabbage, shredded 60.0 g
  • Chicken Breast, cubed 60.0 g
  • Prawns, Shelled 3.0 pc
  • Egg 1.0 pc
  • Kimchi Paste 90.0 g
  • Rice, white 300.0 g
  • Knorr Pasti Sedap 600G 15.0 g

Garnish

  • White Sesame Seed 2.0 g
  • Nori seaweed sheets 1.0 pc
  • Fried Eggs, Sunny Side-Up 1.0 pc
  • Green Onions, finely chopped 5.0 g

Preparation

  1. Sauteed Ingredients

    • Saute all the 'Sauteed Ingredients' until fragrant.
  2. Kimchi Paste

    • Add the 'Kimchi Paste' ingredients and bring to a boil. Set aside.
  3. Kimchi Fried Rice

    • Saute garlic, onion, carrot and cabbage.
    • Add eggs, Kimchi Paste and white rice. Stir well.
    • Sprinkle Knorr Pasti Sedap to taste.
  4. Garnish

    • Add white sesame, nori seaweed, fried egg, and green onions. Serve spicy yet delicious Kimchi Fried Rice.
