Ingredients

Aromatics

  • Red Onion, sliced 200.0 g
  • Garlic, chopped 200.0 g
  • Fresh Ginger, grated 100.0 g
  • Sesame Oil 10.0 ml
  • Vegetable Oil 100.0 ml

Kimchi Paste

  • Gochujang Paste 150.0 g
  • White Pepper Powder 2.0 g
  • Sriracha sauce 50.0 g
  • Kimchi 500.0 g

Fried Rice

Garnish

  • White Sesame Seed 2.0 g
  • Nori seaweed sheets 1.0 pc
  • Fried Eggs, Sunny Side-Up 1.0 pc
  • Green Onions, finely chopped 5.0 g

Preparation

  1. Aromatics

    Saute 'aromatics' ingredients to fragrant.
  2. Kimchi Paste

    Add 'Kimchi Paste' ingredients all together. Bring to boil.
    Set aside.
  3. Fried Rice

    1. Saute garlic, onion, carrot and cabbage.  Add chicken cube & prawn.
    2. Then add egg, Kimchi Paste, and white rice. Stir well.
    3. Seasoned with Knorr Pasti Sedap.
  4. Garnish

    Top with 'garnish' ingredients and serve it.
