  • All-Purpose Flour 150.0 g
  • Corn Starch 30.0 g
  • Rice Flour 15.0 g
  • Black Pepper Powder 2.0 g
  • Cooking Oil (for deep frying) 500.0 ml

Korean Sauce

  1. Marinade

    1. Mix all marinade ingredients with chicken wings.
    2. Coat the wings with coating flour mix.
    3. Fry in preheated oil until golden. 
  2. Korean Sauce

    1. Mix all Korean sauce ingredients and boil until the sauce thickens. 
    2. Mix together the sauce and chicken wings until all wings are evenly coated. 
    3. Chicken wings ready to serve.
