Mala Pasta with NoMeatballs
Our mala pasta recipe takes the classic meatball pasta and gave it a plant based and mala makeover. The spice from the mala will tingle your tastebuds with its numbing and spicy sensations, with the Knorr Pronto Tomato giving the sauce a tangy accent. Preparation

Mala Sauce
- Heat up oil in a sauce pot. Sweat the garlic, ginger, and peppercorns until fragrant.
- Fold in Knorr Pronto Tomato, mala paste, chilli powder, sugar and bring to boil.
- Simmer for 2 mins, fold in green peppercorn oil and stir well.
- Heat up oil in a sauce pot. Sweat the garlic, ginger, and peppercorns until fragrant.

Mala Meatball Pasta
- Assemble meat ball, mala sauce and bring to boil.
- Fold in pasta, mix well and garnish with spring onions and mozzarella cheese.
- Ready to serve.
