  • Hot Water 450 ml
  • Full Cream Milk 200 ml
  • Fine Salt 4 g
  • Freshly Chopped Parsley 2 g

Brown Sauce

  1. Mashed Potato

    1. Bring water and salt to boiled. Removed from heat, add remain ingredients and briskly stir.
    2. Stir briskly again after 2-3 minutes until smooth.

    Combined all ingredients first, stir well. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
