Preparation

Mashed Potato
- Bring water and salt to boil. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients in and briskly stir.
- Stir briskly again after 2-3 minutes until smooth.

- Combine all ingredients first, stir well. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.

- Plate mashed potato, then pour over mashed potato gravy — brown sauce — for a delightful appetiser or side dish.
