Basic Brown Sauce

Filtered Water 800.0 g
Aromatic

Corn Oil 60.0 g

Yellow Onion, chopped 150.0 g

Fresh Garlic, chopped 20.0 g

Bay Leaf 2.0 g
Demi-Glace Orange Sauce

Orange Juice 100.0 ml
Preparation

Lamb Chop
Mix well all ingredients and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes. -
Basic Brown Sauce
- Mix well ingredients for "Basic Brown Sauce".
- Bring to boil and stir well. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes, and set aside.

Aromatic
Saute all aromatics till fragrant. -
Demi-Glace Orange Sauce
- Add in ingredients for "Orange Demi-Glace Sauce".
- Simmer for approximately 5 minutes on low heat. Pour over on to of Lamb Steak.
