Lamb Chop

  • Lamb, chops 1.0 kg
  • Corn Oil 20.0 g
  • Paprika Powder 50.0 g
  • Black Pepper, crushed (aromatic) 50.0 g

Basic Brown Sauce

Aromatic

  • Corn Oil 60.0 g
  • Yellow Onion, chopped 150.0 g
  • Fresh Garlic, chopped 20.0 g
  • Bay Leaf 2.0 g

Demi-Glace Orange Sauce

  1. Lamb Chop

    Mix well all ingredients and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes. 
  2. Basic Brown Sauce

    1. Mix well ingredients for "Basic Brown Sauce". 
    2. Bring to boil and stir well. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes, and set aside.  
  3. Aromatic

    Saute all aromatics till fragrant.  
  4. Demi-Glace Orange Sauce

    1. Add in ingredients for "Orange Demi-Glace Sauce".
    2. Simmer for approximately 5 minutes on low heat. Pour over on to of Lamb Steak.
