Red Chilli Paste
- Heat up oil and sautéed all ingredients (except Knorr Lime Flavoured Powder) till fragrant.
- Add in Knorr Lime Flavoured Powder and cook with low heat till oil separates.

Jiang Zheng Sauce
- Mix all the ingredients

Seasoning
- Add in the seasoning.
- Sautéed with low heat till fragrant and oil separates.
- Set aside.

Fish
- Steam the fish till it is cooked.
- Pour over Jiang Zheng sauce on top of fish.
