  • Young Ginger Paste 80.0 g
  • Cooking Oil 150.0 ml
  • Shallot Paste 200.0 g
  • Knorr Lime Flavoured Powder 400G 25.0 g

Jiang Zheng Sauce

  • Leek Pickles, sliced 50.0 g
  • Plum Sauce 150.0 g
  • Fermented Beancurd 30.0 g

Seasoning

  • Knorr Chicken Stock 500g 10.0 g
  • Knorr Lime Flavoured Powder 400G

Serving

  • Coriander Leaf 20.0 g

Preparation

  1. Red Chilli Paste

    • Heat up oil and sautéed all ingredients (except Knorr Lime Flavoured Powder) till fragrant.
    • Add in Knorr Lime Flavoured Powder and cook with low heat till oil separates.
  2. Jiang Zheng Sauce

    • Mix all the ingredients
  3. Seasoning

    • Add in the seasoning.
    • Sautéed with low heat till fragrant and oil separates.
    • Set aside.
  4. Fish

    • Steam the fish till it is cooked.
    • Pour over Jiang Zheng sauce on top of fish.
  5. Serving

    Garnish with coriander leaf
