  • Filtered Water 1000.0 ml
  • Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce Mix 1KG 100.0 g

Aromatics

  • Corn Oil 60.0 ml
  • Yellow Onion (diced) 25.0 g
  • Garlic, chopped 10.0 g
  • Fresh Yellow Ginger, grated 5.0 g
  • Star Anise 1.0 g
  • Cloves 1.0 g

Salsa Demi-Glace Sauce

  • Salsa sauce 500.0 g

Beef Steak

  • Beef Tenderloin Steak, 2 inches thick (250 g each steak) 5.0 pc
  • Corn Oil 20.0 g
  • Paprika Powder 50.0 g
  • Black Pepper, crushed 20.0 g
  • Knorr Chicken Stock 1KG 20.0 g

Preparation

  1. Basic Brown Sauce

    • Mix well ingredients for "Basic Brown Sauce". Bring it to boil and stir well.
    • Allow to simmer for 3 minutes, and set aside.
  2. Aromatics

    • Tumis semua bahan aromatik hingga naik wangi.
  3. Salsa Demi-Glace Sauce

    • Add in ingredients for "Salsa Demi-Glace Sauce" onto the sauted aromatics and basic brown sauce that was prepared earlier.
    • Simmer for approximately 5 minutes on low heat.
    • Set Aside. Use as required.Beef Steak 
  4. Beef Steak

    • Mix all ingredients and allow to marinade for approximately 30 minutes.
    • Seal meat till semi brown.
    • Pour sauce over cooked protein and serve.
