Crispy Chicken Chop

  • Chicken Chop 750.0 g
  • Egg 2.0 pc
  • Corn Flour 300.0 g
  1. Salted Fried Fried Rice

    Add in ingredients for "Seasoning" into cooked "Fragrant Rice".
  2. Scramble Egg

    1. Prepare scramble egg accordingly, stir-fry with high heat with approximately 1 minute.
    2. Add in cooked Fragrant Rice, keep stir-fry with high heat until well combined.
  3. Crispy Chicken Chop

    Coat marinade chicken chop with "Corn Flour", deep-fry untill crispy and cooked, use as required.
