Saute all ingredient for "Aromatics". -
Creamy Salted Egg Sauce
- Add ingredients for "Salted Egg Creamy Sauce" ingredients, and stir throughly.
- Bring to boil with low heat and allow to simmer for 2 minutes. Use as required.

- Place cooked Macoroni into plate, add in beef meatball on top, pour in prepared "Salted Egg Creamy Sauce".
- Add in Mozzarella Cheese on top of meatball, bake in preheated oven at 170° C for approximately 5 minutes. Serve.
