Creamy Salted Egg Sauce

  • Fine Sugar 20.0 g
  • UHT Milk 1000.0 ml


  • Macaroni 750.0 g
  • Mozzarella Cheese 250.0 g
  • Beef Meatball 15.0 pc
  1. Aromatics

    Saute all ingredient for "Aromatics".
  2. Creamy Salted Egg Sauce

    1. Add ingredients for "Salted Egg Creamy Sauce" ingredients, and stir throughly. 
    2. Bring to boil with low heat and allow to simmer for 2 minutes. Use as required.
  3. Pasta

    1. Place cooked Macoroni into plate, add in beef meatball on top, pour in prepared "Salted Egg Creamy Sauce".
    2. Add in Mozzarella Cheese on top of meatball, bake in preheated oven at 170° C for approximately 5 minutes. Serve.
