  • Corn Oil 20.0 ml
  • Garlic, minced 20.0 g
  • Filtered Water 300.0 ml
  • Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup 1KG 20.0 g
  • Garlic Powder 10.0 g
  • Evaporated Milk 50.0 ml
  • Knorr Chicken Stock 500g 5.0 g

Preparation

  1. Snow Cheese Fried Chicken

    50 minutes
    1. Mix all ingredients (except cheese powder) and use it to marinate chicken. Next, deep fry chicken to golden crispy.
    2. Sprinkle cheese powder over the fried chicken to serve.
  2. Spicy Gochujang Sauce

    1. Mix all ingredients and bring to boil.
  3. Creamy Garlic Dips

    1. Heat up oil, saute garlic to fragrant, add mixture water with Knorr Cream of Mushroom and garlic powder.
    2. Add evaporated milk. Bring to boil. Season with Knorr Chicken Stock.
  4. Smokey Barbecue Dips

    1. Heat up oil, saute garlic and onion to fragrant, add mixture water, Knorr Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce and Sriracha Sauce.
    2. Season with sugar.
  5. To Serve

    1. Serve fried chicken with dips of 100g each for the prepared sauces.
