Spaghetti, blanched 750.0 g

Parsley, chopped 10.0 g

Grated Parmesan Cheese 60.0 g
Preparation

Aromatic
- Heat corn oil, sauté all "aromatic" ingredients till fragrant.
- Add Knorr Chicken Stock and stir fry for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside

Base Sauce
- Combine water, Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce Mix , bay Leaf and Knorr Pronto Tomato Sauce. Bring to boil.
- Low down the heat, add prepared "Aromatic", simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add salt and the end of the cooking process.
- Combine water, Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce Mix , bay Leaf and Knorr Pronto Tomato Sauce. Bring to boil.

Mix sauce with cooked Spaghetti and sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
