Aromatic

  • Corn Oil 60.0 g
  • Beef Meatball minced 500.0 g
  • Holland Onion, chopped 50.0 g
  • Garlic, chopped 50.0 g
  • Carrot (small cube) 50.0 g
  • Celery (small cube) 50.0 g

Base Sauce

To Serve

  • Spaghetti, blanched 750.0 g
  • Parsley, chopped 10.0 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese 60.0 g
  1. Aromatic

    1. Heat corn oil, sauté all "aromatic" ingredients till fragrant. 
    2. Add Knorr Chicken Stock and stir fry for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside
  2. Base Sauce

    1. Combine water, Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce Mix , bay Leaf and Knorr Pronto Tomato Sauce. Bring to boil.
    2. Low down the heat, add prepared "Aromatic", simmer for 3 minutes.
    3.  Add salt and the end of the cooking process.
  3. To Serve

    Mix sauce with cooked Spaghetti and sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
