Basic Sauce

  • Full Cream Milk 150.0 ml
  • Filtered Water 450.0 ml


  • Fresh Button Mushroom, sliced 100.0 g
  • Chicken Ham, sliced 100.0 g
  • Holland Onion (diced) 75.0 g

Ready to Serve

  • Spaghetti, blanched 900.0 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese 10.0 g
  • Freshly Chopped Parsley 10.0 g
  1. Basic Sauce

    1. Bring water and full cream milk to the boil. Add in Knorr Carbonara Sauce Mix. Stir well to smooth the texture.
    2. Remove from heat. Set aside.
  2. Condiment

    1. Heat pan. Roast the button mushroom, chicken ham and onion.
    2. Add the prepared carbonara sauce into pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Ready to Serve

    1. Add Knorr Chicken Stock and cooked spaghetti into sauce pan. Cook for another 15-30 seconds.
    2. Portion onto serving plate and garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
