Spaghetti, blanched 900.0 g

Grated Parmesan Cheese 10.0 g

Freshly Chopped Parsley 10.0 g
Preparation

Basic Sauce
- Bring water and full cream milk to the boil. Add in Knorr Carbonara Sauce Mix. Stir well to smooth the texture.
- Remove from heat. Set aside.

Condiment
- Heat pan. Roast the button mushroom, chicken ham and onion.
- Add the prepared carbonara sauce into pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Ready to Serve
- Add Knorr Chicken Stock and cooked spaghetti into sauce pan. Cook for another 15-30 seconds.
- Portion onto serving plate and garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
