Stir Fried Chicken

  • Chicken Fillet 2 kg
  • Corn Oil 20 ml

Vegetables and Sauce

  • Sauce, Soya, standard (light) 50 ml
  • Garlic, chopped 50 g
  • Choy Sum, chopped 500 g

Assemble

  • Shallot, sliced 100 g
  1. Stir Fried Chicken

    • In a hot wok or pan place the corn oil until smoking, add the sliced chicken stir fry until cooked.
  2. Vegetables and Sauce

    • Add in garlic chopped and fresh chopped choy sum, cook for 1 minute.
    • Add Knorr Rock Sugar Honey Sauce, light Soya Sauce and Knorr Pasti sedap. Stir.
  3. Assemble

    • Garnish with fried shallots and serve with steamed rice.
