Stir Fried Chicken with Honey Soy and Asian Green
A wok, fresh vegetables and a great sauce is all you need to recreate this dish and I am sure your customers will agree it is simplicity at its best!

Ingredients
Stir Fried Chicken

Chicken Fillet 2 kg

Corn Oil 20 ml
Vegetables and Sauce

Sauce, Soya, standard (light) 50 ml

Garlic, chopped 50 g

Choy Sum, chopped 500 g
Assemble

Shallot, sliced 100 g
Preparation

Stir Fried Chicken
- In a hot wok or pan place the corn oil until smoking, add the sliced chicken stir fry until cooked.

Vegetables and Sauce
- Add in garlic chopped and fresh chopped choy sum, cook for 1 minute.
- Add Knorr Rock Sugar Honey Sauce, light Soya Sauce and Knorr Pasti sedap. Stir.

Assemble
- Garnish with fried shallots and serve with steamed rice.
